These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cousin Charlie's Construction website at ccc123.net (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you've read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you're using the Site on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, layout, and code, is owned by or licensed to Cousin Charlie's Construction and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.

The "Cousin Charlie's Construction" name and logo are property of Cousin Charlie's Construction. You may not use them without our written permission.

Some images on the Site may be licensed from stock photo providers (such as Unsplash) or may show work performed by Cousin Charlie's Construction. Photos representing completed projects may include images licensed for illustrative purposes until original project photography is added.

You may view, download for personal reference, or share links to Site pages. You may not republish, redistribute, modify, or sell Site content without our written permission.

4. Site Use Is Not a Contract for Services

Use of this Site, submission of the contact form, or communication with us through the Site does not create a contract for construction services or any binding agreement between you and Cousin Charlie's Construction.

A contract for services exists only when:

• We've inspected your project site or otherwise gathered enough information to provide a real estimate
• We've provided you a written proposal or estimate
• You've signed our written agreement or otherwise accepted our terms in writing
• Any required deposit has been received

Estimates and pricing mentioned anywhere on the Site or in casual conversation are illustrative only. Real project pricing is determined after site inspection and written agreement.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as our web designer's site, social media profiles, or partner businesses). We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Linking to them doesn't mean we endorse them.

6. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site
• The continuous availability or uptime of the Site
• The Site being free from errors, viruses, or harmful components

We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cousin Charlie's Construction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from work performed under a signed services contract, which is governed separately by that contract.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cousin Charlie's Construction, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
